Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
We fully understand that things happen in life and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment, however, no-shows and last-minute cancellations affect our business and our ability to make a living.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel, reschedule, or remove any service from your appointment.
When we receive less than 24 hours notice we charge 50% of the price of the scheduled appointment
When we receive less than 8 hours notice we charge the full price of the scheduled appointment
When someone does not show up to their appointment we charge the full price of the scheduled appointment.
Deposit Policy:
Blow Inc. Salon may require a deposit on any appointment that is 2 hours or longer.
The deposit amount will be applied to the cost of the scheduled services
If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice, the deposit amount will be applied to the rescheduled appointment or refunded should you choose not to reschedule. We require a different amount of time for notice when a deposit is applied because these appointments are usually for a longer period of time. This additional time gives us sufficient time to fill the time with a new appointment.
If someone does not show up to their scheduled appointment when a deposit is taken, they forfeit the deposit and they will also be charged for the full price of the scheduled appointment minus the deposit.

Return Policy:
We will gladly accept the return of any retail item in exchange for an item of equal or greater value. We will exchange the item on the day it is received or we will offer a gift card for the value of the returned item. The gift card can only be used for the purchase of another retail item and can not be used for a service.
Item must be returned for exchange within 6 weeks of purchase
